During my stay at this Tuscan hotel, I was truly captivated by the stunning views and the excellent service provided by the staff. My room, while a bit on the smaller side, offered a breathtaking view of the valley and was very comfortable. However, the spa facilities were not as impressive as I had hoped, lacking the full experience expected from a spa resort., Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its beautiful ambiance and attentive service, though the spa could greatly improve.
